Eligibility Criteria For ANM

• Candidate must have passed the +2 or Equivalent examination.
• Applicant must have completed 17 years of age and be within 35 years of age.
• Must have passed Odiyaupto M.E. standard. Candidate should submit photocopy of the H.S.C certificate or other authentic proof that she has passed the Odia up to M.E. Standard.
• Must be permanent resident of Odisha. Candidate shall have to submit a certificate of permanent Resident ship of Odisha from Competent Authority concerned of the area at the time of submission of application.
• Only female candidates are eligible to apply.
• Physically Handicapped category candidates should have locomotory disability of lower limbs between 40% to 50% will be taken in to consideration.
